We’re not real estate agents. We are professional home buyers: We buy houses in Colorado that meet our purchasing criteria. However, we do have an in-house realtor who ensures we have a higher responsibility to our clients and are held to higher ethical and legal standards.
Many of the houses we purchase are below market value. We do this so we can resell it at a profit to another homeowner. We are always looking for ways to improve the community and offer more affordable housing. In our experience, many sellers we work with aren’t necessarily expecting a large “windfall” on the property but rather appreciate that we can offer cash and close very quickly. They also like the fact that they don’t have to pay extra fees or agent commissions. Our process is very straightforward. We look at the location of the property, what repairs are needed, the current condition of the property, and the values of comparable houses sold in the area recently.
